I would like to inform you that the “China 3rd Dongping Lake International Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament 2012" had been confirmed held from 5 September to 8 September 2012. By the Governor of Dongping City, Shandong Province.

2. Date:From 5 Sep. to 8 September 2012.

3. Venue:Dongping Lake, Dongping City, Shandong, China

4. Event:12 People Open team small sized dragon boat.

5. Distance: 1000 M straight speed.

6. Race Schedule:
　　6.1. Teams arrival . Sightseeing and welcome dinner and
manager coach meeting on 5 Sep.2012
6.2. Opening Ceremony, Race, and closing ceremony on 6 Sep.
6.3 To join International Mountaineering Competition in Tai Shan. On 7 Sep
6.4 Departure Date on 8 Sep.

7. Reception:All meals, accommodation and local transportation will be provided for 3 nights and 4 days to all participating teams within the above mentioned period of time by The China Organizing Committees. Then The Organising Committee also will provide participating teams with free transportation between the airport (and railway station) and Shandong Dongping City in China.

8. Prize:All participating teams will have prize money, RMB20,000 for the champion, RMB18,000 for 1st runner-up, RMB16,000 for 2nd runner-up, others participating team will have receiving RMB 15,000.
