INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE KEDAH INTERNATIONAL DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL 2013 IN CONJUNCTION WITH HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS TUANKU SULTAN OF KEDAH DARUL AMAN 85TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION


I, on behalf of the State Government of Kedah Darul Aman, would like to wish you a Happy and Prosperous New Year 2013.

2.For your kind information, the State Government of Kedah Darul Aman will be organizing the Kedah International Dragon Boat Festival in conjunction with His Royal Highness, Sultan of Kedah Darul Aman 85th birthday celebration which will be attended by His Royal Highness, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, His Majesty The King Of Malaysia.

3.On behalf of the Kedah International Dragon Boat Festival Organising Committee, I cordially invite your esteemed crew to participate in this dragon boat race, which will be held on :-

Date:6TH April 2013, Saturday

Time:8.00 am to 1.00 pm

Venue:Tanjung Chali, Alor Setar
Kedah, Malaysia

4.We will host the followings :-

1. 4 days 3 nights hotel stay including breakfast, lunch and dinner (Check-in: 3rd April 2013 - 12.00 p.m. and Check-out : 6th April 2013 – 5.00 p.m.).



2. 1 airport transfer to and from Penang International Airport, Malaysia.



3. Transfer from hotel to race site and return during race days.



4. Hosting is for a total of 22 person (2 Officials and 20 crews).
   
   (Additional participants and supporters will be charged accordingly RM 150.00 per person per day).
